Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Our standard delivery window is 7–13 business days after processing. Please note, shipping times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Shipping Delays

 

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays. A delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund if the item is still in transit.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

International Orders

 

We ship to most countries worldwide. Transit times may be longer for international destinations. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Multiple Shipments

 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
